Therapeutic Personalisation

TT1

Transcriptional Drug Matching

led by Naomi Wray in Oxford, with the University of Queensland as a key partner, this workstream will use computational tools to match prioritised immune or metabolic targets for mental illness to one of the large number of repurposable drugs for immune or metabolic disorders.

TT2

Lifestyle Factors and Interventions

co-produced by Brenda Penninx and Yuri Milaneschi in Amsterdam, and PWLE, this workstream will use epidemiological and clinical trial data from NESDA and other big studies to identify evidence-based, actionable lifestyle interventions that can reduce metabolic and immune risk factors for mental illness.

TT3

Predicting Co-Morbidity

co-produced by Ben Perry and PWLE, this workstream will build new computational tools for predicting risk of serious metabolic and other physical health problems in people starting anti-psychotic drug treatment.
